Restaurante Prosa will host Collection Live Music on 26 September, a dinner featuring live jazz at MS Collection Aveiro – Palacete de Valdemouro. The evening brings together signature cuisine and music in a single experience, in one of the city’s most distinctive spaces.
The evening begins at 8pm and is curated by Chef João Covas, who presents a seven-course menu: Welcome Drink “A Ria”; Beetroot, Mint and Citrus; “The Bread”; Langoustine, Coconut and Caviar; Salt Cod “Suado”; “Prosa” by Eça de Queirós; and Petit Fours. Throughout the evening, live jazz accompanies the different stages of the meal, creating a sensory experience that brings together flavour and atmosphere.
