The CUIT restaurant, led by Mallorcan chef Miquel Calent, offers a cuisine inspired by the Balearic territory, reinterpreting local flavours through a contemporary approach, accompanied by privileged views over Palma. A surprising menu that helped us rediscover Mallorcan gastronomy, with balance, harmony of flavours and that touch of locality that we love. Breakfast at Nakar Hotel is an experience that naturally reflects the cosmopolitan and Mediterranean spirit of the property. Served with privileged views over Palma’s rooftops and the bay, the moment combines natural light, a relaxed atmosphere and a carefully curated selection of fresh and seasonal products. Between freshly brewed coffee, pastries, fruit and made-to-order options, breakfast becomes a peaceful ritual, almost contemplative, before the vibrant rhythm of the city takes over the day.
