Founder of a niche wellness project, she has also held general management and executive roles in sectors such as international trade and investment promotion. She holds a degree in Business Management, with additional training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hotel Management, and Revenue Management.
PROFESSIONAL INSPIRATION
My professional inspiration is rooted in a passion for travel and discovering new hotels, in the curiosity to observe closely and absorb everything each experience has to offer. Over the years, I’ve learned a great deal by observing successful hotel groups. The truth is, almost everything has already been invented or tried — the key is to keep an open mind, stay aware of the world around us, make connections between what we live and what we observe, and use those insights to continuously evolve.

The three pillars of my life are, without a doubt, family — both the one I was born into and the one I’ve chosen — the desire to live each day to the fullest, and the constant pursuit of knowledge and new experiences. These are the foundations that drive me and give meaning to everything I do.
SECOND PROFESSIONAL CHOICE
If I weren’t working in hospitality, I would certainly have pursued a career in healthcare. Caring for others has always fascinated me, which is why I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine — a practice I still apply occasionally with friends and family. In essence, caring and welcoming go hand in hand. Hospitality is also a form of care.
THREE PEOPLE WHO MADE MY CAREER
The three people who had the greatest impact on my career are: my grandfather, for his example of dedication, commitment, and professionalism; the leaders of the company where I held a senior position in international trade — they believed in me, gave me wings to explore the world and grow; and the founder of MS Group, whose entrepreneurial spirit and strategic vision challenge me to surpass myself every day.
MAIN HOBBY
My greatest hobby is reading. Books transport me to every imaginable place — all it takes is a willingness to imagine. I especially enjoy reading while traveling, combining two passions that enrich me both personally and professionally. For me, traveling and reading are complementary ways to grow and find inspiration.

If I could leave for a trip today, I would choose Formentera. It’s my go-to refuge when I truly want to rest. A destination that blends breathtaking beaches and sea with outstanding gastronomy, unforgettable boat trips, and, at the same time, a genuine simplicity. A place where I allow myself to completely disconnect from the world.
