PROFESSIONAL INSPIRATION

My professional inspiration can be traced back to my early days, where I learned important lessons from my teachers and parents. My teachers ignited my curiosity, while my parents taught me the value of hard work.

THE THREE PILLARS OF LIFE

The three main pillars in my life are quite straightforward. First, my family, they’re the core support system and the most important people to me. Second, my career, which I’ve dedicated a lot of time and effort to. And lastly, all the wonderful people I’ve met along the way, who add variety and color to my life.

SECOND PROFESSIONAL CHOICE

If I hadn’t chosen my current profession, I’d probably be pursuing my childhood dream of becoming a football player. It’s a passion that’s always been there, but hospitality just happened to come my way first.

THREE PEOPLE WHO MADE MY CAREER

When it comes to my career, three people have had a significant impact. My wife, Sophie, has been a constant source of support throughout the demanding job of being a hotelier. Then there’s my mentor, Mr Fossati  from my early career days, who shared invaluable knowledge. Last but not least, a mentor from my hospitality career in Hong Kong who taught me some crucial lessons.

MAIN HOBBIE

Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis with friends on weekends, and I also appreciate a good bottle of wine from time to time.

TODAY I WOULD GO TO

If were to leave today, I’d head to Bretagne, France. It’s a place where my family has a seaside home, and it’s simply beautiful.
