The Lago Montargil & Villas hotel, managed by KPI Hotel Management Services, appointed Nuno Almeida Leite as General Manager and Marta Bailão as Sales Manager. Both professionals have several years of experience in the field of tourism and assume their new roles with motivation and a strong sense of responsibility, with the aim of adding even more dynamics to this five-star hotel unit in Alto Alentejo.
This hiring is part of the restructuring and repositioning of the unit, which is currently managed by KPI Hotel Management Services, in order to imprint a new approach in the relationship of proximity and excellence in the service provided, being an added value for its operations strategic and commercial, focusing on existing skills and a Nature & Wellbeing positioning.
Nuno Almeida Leite is a professional with more than 10 years of career. In his international experience, he fell in love with Luxury & Lifestyle, having worked at Living Rooms – The Hotel Alternative, a pioneer in central London in Luxury Serviced Apartments. In 2020, he returns to Portugal and takes on a management role at Burel Mountain Hotels, namely Casa de São Lourenço and Casa das Penhas Douradas, where he found the importance of storytelling and the value of traditions in the guest experience.
Dynamic and always attentive to the specific needs of each client, he is the ideal profile to manage Lago Montargil & Villas and reaffirm this hotel unit as a leisure and business center in Alto Alentejo. “One of the cornerstones of our mission is to provide a memorable experience to our guests through a sustainable and well-being culture, combined with regional heritage. This will effectively be the way to add value to our service”, says Nuno Almeida Leite.
In turn, Marta Bailão has over 10 years of experience in the hotel industry, working for companies such as New Palm, NAU Hotels & Resorts or The Editory Collection Hotels, always focusing on the commercial area. At Lago Montargil & Villas, she will be responsible for the development of the MICE segment and for the commercial promotion of the Nautical Club, which is currently undergoing a refurbishment phase.
Marta Bailão assumes the confidence she places in this unit: “What I want is to establish a commitment to brand integrity with all commercial partners and to position Lago Montargil & Villas as a reference in Portuguese hospitality, with a high level of service. The excellent location and the privileged diversity of the means available – which are combined in a unique natural setting – provide us with enormous potential for organizing the most different types of events, whether corporate or leisure”.
According to Rúben Paula, COO at KPI Hotel Management Services, both professionals bring together a set of technical and personal skills – acquired over the years – and have the ideal profile for the role they are performing: “We are certain that both hiring will be a success and a fundamental step in the reorganization and in the new strategy that we have in progress, contributing positively to the continuous growth of Lago Montargil & Villas”.
